Baby: Bump Date

How far along? 38 weeks

Baby is the size of a: Winter Melon 🍈

Total weight gain: 24lbs

Maternity clothes? Yes! And some regular sized dresses.

Stretch marks? No! Still hoping to make it through without them.

Sleep: It’s okay...

Best moment this week: Well it was a long holiday weekend. So I’d say the beat part about the week was getting that extra day to spend it with my sweet Hubs And family! We also celebrated Baylor Goats 2nd birthday And he got to spend the day with mommy and daddy at the pool. Oh I also have still be able to conquered yoga class at 38 weeks pregnant so I’m feeling proud of myself

Movement: He is definitely out of room at this point. Sometimes I feel like his stretches are out of frustration. I’m so ready to see this fella moving around outside of the womb!

Food cravings: Cheese Pizza with jalapeños

Anything making you queasy or sick: MEAT mostly. Yucky.

Have you started to show yet: Im gigantic. Let’s be honest!

Gender: Baby Evans is a BOY!!! Braxon Reese 😍

Belly Button in or out? It’s out a tad bit at this point!

Wedding rings on or off? I’ve moved down to just one wedding band sadly! I kept starting to feel claustrophobic towards the end of the day.

Happy or Moody most of the time: I am still

feeling happy! I’m honestly ready for him to be here though. As each day passes I get a little bit more uncomfortable. The bags are packed and just ready to go!!!

Other Updates & Thoughts: I’ve still been working and I feel so scared and worried about having weeks off of work. I’ve worked for as long as I can remember but when you’re in a career you absolutely love, it’s hard to stay away! I want to really enjoy this time in my life with Brax because everyone tells me you can’t get it back and I know they are 100% right. This has been my main concern lately.

Are there any last tips you’d give a new momma that were life savers for you when you were a First Time mom? I’d love to hear!!

-XX, Bri
